These are great jeans for everyday wear but look smart, so can be dressed up too. They are lightweight, with not too much Lycra, so they sit very nicely on my waist. I had to order long ones, as they had no medium in my size - American size 8, so UK size 12. They are a little generous but I think a 6 would have been too tight.

I have had a lot of experiences buying pants that don't fit exactly right online but these fit perfectly. I am 5 7 to 5' 8 (depends on the day I'm being measured it eems) and roughly 130 pounds, kind of hourglass shaped, and I bought a tall size 8 which gave me just exactly the extra rise from inseam to waist but the legs are not ridiculously long on me, which some tall sizes are. The size 8 fits close to perfectly in both waist and hips too though the hips are just a teensy bit baggy for me but I have k

Bought these for my daughter...she loved them & wore them for every beach outing we had in Maui. She tends to be self conscious...though she shouldn’t feel that way...but still I worried she would forgo the swimming in a bathing suit...& didn’t want her to miss out...she swam in these in total comfort & had a blast...so glad I took a chance & bought these...& they are super cute as just shorts!
