This is by far the BEST shaper I have found. Be sure to order your size! Measure your waist before you order. I am so happy with this purchase. I am about 5'3 and weigh 140lbs. After a couple kids, even though I exercise, I need a little help in the mid section when I wear a dress. This does it for sure! So comfortable you can even wear it all day. I buy a lot of shapewear and the namebrand stuff is usually triple this price or more, yet this is one of the best pieces of shapewear I've owned. I'm proportional but thick and jiggly. I love this! I am 4 months postpartum 5'5 and 175 lbs and the Medium fit my shorter torso and larger hips well!! It takes a small amount of wiggling to get into but I love it! The only downside is that the straps chafe my armpits a little bit but that happens with all the shapers I have tried LOVE IT!

I am 5.4 tall and I wear 12/14 size . I have 40 inch waist And I ordered xl size. It fits perfectly and does the work it's meant to do. I have added pics with and without wearing the shaper. I was able to move ,sit and breathe comfortably.

This shaper is absolutely AMAZING! It is one piece and when you get it it will be quite snug, but give it a few wears and it will be easier to get into. It's not as easy as just a waist cincher but gives you the same smooth control as wearing a waist cincher and spanx which I would have worn anyway. And it is very easy to go to the restroom wearing this. I didnt include any pictures because I'm a little modest but trust and believe this waist cincher works perfect. I'm going to be ordering a second one.
